- Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these

provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and

- Package your item(s) securely, including all original packaging
and materials, and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping
service. Please include a copy of the RMA number and any other relevant
information in the package.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned
item(s), we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your
return. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit
will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days Please note that the time it takes for the refund to

- Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the
shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). Original shipping costs
are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
